Retention Manager

Position: Forex Retention Manager

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

We are looking for experienced Forex Retention Agents to join our team in Belgrade. We have four desks serving different language markets and are looking for motivated professionals with proven experience in Forex retention.

Languages required:

Fluency in at least one of the following languages is mandatory:

• Serbian or Croatian
• French
• German
• Italian

Requirements:

• Mandatory previous experience in Forex retention.
• Fluent spoken command of at least one of the required languages.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to maintain client relationships and work towards deposit and performance targets.
• Results-oriented approach and motivation to achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct follow-up calls and communicate with clients in the assigned language.
• Work on client retention, reactivation and engagement.
• Monitor client activity and work towards agreed performance targets.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

What we offer:

• Fixed monthly salary of $1,500–$2,000.
• Performance-based commission of 10–17% of total deposit volume, according to the applicable bonus structure.
• Additional bonuses for strong performance and achieving targets.

• Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00.
• Relocation assistance for experienced agents moving to Belgrade.
