Account deletion

BalkanPosao (SSC d.o.o.) lets users delete their account and all associated personal data at any time. Below are the steps, along with details of which data is deleted and which is retained temporarily.

How to delete your account

• In the app: Open Settings → Delete account, then confirm the request (the process has a two-step confirmation).
• By email: Send a request with the subject “Account deletion request” to: privatnost@balkanposao.com

What data is deleted

Deleted: your login account, profile personal data (first and last name, contact phone, email, address, date of birth, work experience, education, languages, driving licences and profile photo), chat messages and notification tokens.

What data is retained and for how long

Data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days of the request. Technical access logs are kept for up to 12 months. Data we are legally required to retain (e.g. accounting records) is kept for as long as the law requires, after which it is permanently deleted.

Deleting individual data (without deleting your account)

If you do not want to delete your entire account, you can also remove individual data: edit your profile in the app and delete specific entries (e.g. work experience, education or profile photo), or send a request to delete specific data to: privatnost@balkanposao.com
