Job description
Solace Group is a UK-based PropTech company opening its first international team in Kosovo. We provide an all-in-one digital platform for UK estate and lettings agents, covering client money, maintenance, compliance and inspections.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run outbound outreach across phone, email and LinkedIn to UK estate agency directors and decision-makers.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify genuine opportunities for the senior team.
- Book and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and our UK-based Head of Agency Partnerships.
- Negotiate confidently at the qualification stage to handle early objections and secure the meeting.
- Build, nurture and maintain a personal pipeline of prospects over time, not one-shot outreach.
- Keep CRM records (HubSpot) accurate, current and well-documented after every interaction.
- Hit individual and team targets across activity, qualification and meetings booked.
- Work closely with the UK sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and onboarding.
