Job description

We are looking for a warehouse administrator to work in Germany. The job involves managing inventory and parts flow, coordinating with specialized teams, and monitoring and controlling the incoming and outgoing spare parts.
JOB GERMANY DE – Warehouse Administrator We are looking for an organized person to manage inventory and the flow of spare parts in the warehouse. The job includes coordination with parts specialists, controlling the entry and exit of parts, and maintaining records through the inquiry management system. Main responsibilities include:
  • Managing inventory and ensuring optimal warehouse conditions
  • Coordinating with parts specialists to identify necessary components
  • Controlling the entry and exit of parts from the warehouse
  • Using sales and inventory management systems
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar positions
  • Experience using logistics systems for inventory tracking
  • Experience in warehouse organization and management
  • Responsibility, precision, and organization in work
  • Knowledge of German language at B1 level
