Production Worker – Electrical Manufacturing

We are looking for production workers to assemble and wire air conditioning units in Hamburg. The position offers a starting wage of €23.94 gross per hour, a 36-hour workweek, and up to 30 days of annual leave.

Responsibilities include assembling and wiring air conditioning units according to work instructions, circuit diagrams, technical drawings, and parts lists. You will install control panels, control cabinets, cable ducts, and mounting rail systems, and route, connect, and label electrical wiring. You will also inspect electrical assemblies and components and document quality issues and process deviations.

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as a refrigeration and air conditioning technician, industrial electrician, electronics technician for industrial engineering or automation technology, or equivalent
• Three to five years of relevant professional experience in an industrial production and assembly environment
• Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, and cable routing
• Technical aptitude and the ability to read circuit diagrams, parts lists, and technical drawings
• Knowledge of workplace safety and the use of personal protective equipment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• German language skills at B1 level or higher

What the employer offers:

• Starting wage of €23.94 gross per hour
• Average gross monthly pay of approximately €3,735 for 156 working hours, plus collectively agreed allowances and special payments
• Regular 36-hour workweek on a two-shift schedule
• Early shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m.–1:47 p.m.
• Late shift: Monday to Thursday, 1:35 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
• Allowances for overtime, night, Sunday, and public holiday work in accordance with the collective agreement
• Additional holiday pay in accordance with the collective agreement
• Company special payment after six months of employment, in accordance with the collective agreement
• 28 days of annual leave in the first year, 29 in the second year, and 30 from the third year onward
