Offset Printing Machine Operator

JOB GERMANY DE – Offset Printing Machine Operator Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and precise individual for the position of Offset Printing Machine Operator in Germany. The job involves operating offset printing machines, preparing production orders, quality control of prints, and monitoring the entire printing process in a professional production environment. Main responsibilities include:

• Supporting the lead machine operator (1st printer) in adjusting and preparing production orders
• Mixing, refilling, and controlling colors during the printing process
• Conducting quality and safety checks in production
• Maintenance, cleaning, and regular servicing of machines and equipment
• Maintaining production documentation, including batch and lot records
• Filling and cleaning ink containers
• Checking EAN codes before starting production
• Replacing operators in case of absence
• Handling and managing rubber plates for varnishing

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or similar roles
• Basic knowledge of the German language (A1)
• Responsibility, precision, and ability to work independently
• Technical or graphic education is preferred
