Construction Site Supervisor

Your responsibilities

• Lead a team of workers and organize, supervise, and coordinate construction work on site.
• Organize the required workforce, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure work is completed to the required quality standards, in accordance with the project and technical regulations.
• Monitor work progress and ensure it stays on schedule.
• Resolve operational issues and situations on site.
• Keep the site clean and organized.
• Control costs and make optimal use of resources.
• Implement occupational health and safety measures and ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate with the project manager, engineers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders.
• Perform other operational tasks related to project delivery.

What we offer

• Net monthly salary of EUR 1,800–2,100.
• Accommodation, meals, and transportation provided.
• Working hours: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a responsible and organized person for the position of civil construction foreman in infrastructure construction. The successful candidate will be able to lead a team, coordinate work and resources, and monitor quality, deadlines, and safety at construction sites in Varaždin and Novi Marof.
