About the role
Merova International is looking for a resourceful and entrepreneurial Regional Manager to develop our presence, network and business opportunities across Central and Eastern Europe.
The ideal candidate is from Central or Eastern Europe and has a strong understanding of the region, its business environment and its professional networks.
This is a hands-on role combining business development, market research, relationship building and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Develop Merova's presence and network across Central and Eastern Europe
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Build relationships with local companies, entrepreneurs and senior professionals
- Identify potential partners, suppliers, recruiters and service providers
- Research markets, industries and business opportunities
- Support clients with local knowledge, introductions and market intelligence
- Assist with local setup and operational projects
- Coordinate with local experts and external service providers
- Attend relevant meetings, events and business activities
- Represent Merova professionally across the region
- Identify new opportunities and report them to the Founder
- Take ownership of regional projects and ensure they move forward
Profile
Being from Central or Eastern Europe is a requirement.
We are looking for someone with genuine local knowledge, strong connections and an understanding of how business is conducted across the region.
