Maris hospitality group is seeking an experienced and motivated Resort Manager to take full responsibility for managing the operations of our luxury resort in Žepče. Position Description

As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation and service quality of the entire complex, which includes 7 villas rated 5+, a restaurant, and a bar. Your role is crucial in ensuring a top-notch guest experience and efficient management of all resort segments.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Complete management and coordination of resort operations – villas, restaurant, and bar
• Supervision of service quality and guest satisfaction
• Management of operational processes and staff across all resort units
• Monitoring business standards in accordance with the 5+ villa category
• Collaboration with owners and the team on the strategic development of the resort
• Resolving operational challenges and ensuring uninterrupted functioning of all facilities
